In accordance with § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG we have received on 11 April 2008
the following announcements:
1. On 4 April 2008 the percentage of voting rights held by Sputnik
Group Ltd., Nassau/Bahamas in Thielert AG, Hamburg/Germany, pursuant
to Section 21 para. 1 WpHG exceeded the thresholds of 10% and 15% and
amounts to 16.34% (3,463,843 voting rights) as of this date.
Thereof, 8.08% (1,711,892 voting rights) are attributed pursuant to
Section 22 para. 2 WpHG which are held directly by Pogan Invest
Corporation.
2. On 4 April 2008 the percentage of voting rights held by Pogan
Invest Corporation, Road Town, Tortola/British Virgin Islands, in
Thielert AG, Hamburg/Germany, pursuant to Section 21 para. 1 WpHG
exceeded the thresholds of 10% and 15% and amounts to 16.34%
(3,463,843 voting rights) as of this date.
Thereof, 8.27% (1,751,951 voting rights) are attributed pursuant to
Section 22 para. 2 WpHG which are held directly by Sputnik Group Ltd.
3. On 4 April 2008 the percentage of voting rights held by Universal
Growth Capital Fund Ltd., Road Town, Tortola/British Virgin Islands,
in Thielert AG, Hamburg/Germany, pursuant to Section 21 para. 1 WpHG
exceeded the thresholds of 10% and 15% and amounts to 16.34%
(3,463,843 voting rights) as of this date.
Thereof, 8.08% (1,711,892 voting rights) are attributed pursuant to
Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG which are held through its
controlled entity Pogan Invest Corporation. Further 8.27% (1,751,951
voting rights) are attributed pursuant to Section 22 para. 2 WpHG
which are held directly by Sputnik Group Ltd.
4. On 4 April 2008 the percentage of voting rights held by Henings
Holdings Ltd., Nassau/Bahamas, in Thielert AG, Hamburg/Germany,
pursuant to Section 21 para. 1 WpHG exceeded the thresholds of 10%
and 15% and amounts to 16.34% (3,463,843 voting rights) as of this
date.
Thereof, 8.08% (1,711,892 voting rights) are attributed pursuant to
Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG which are held through its
controlled entities Pogan Invest Corporation and Universal Growth
Capital Fund Ltd. Further 8.27% (1,751,951 voting rights) are
attributed pursuant to Section 22 para. 2 WpHG which are held
directly by Sputnik Group Ltd.
5. On 4 April 2008 the percentage of voting rights held by IFG
International Trust Company Ltd., Douglas/Isle of Man, in Thielert
AG, Hamburg/Germany, pursuant to Section 21 para. 1 WpHG exceeded the
thresholds of 10% and 15% and amounts to 16.34% (3,463,843 voting
rights) as of this date.
Thereof, 8.08% (1,711,892 voting rights) are attributed pursuant to
Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG which are held through its
controlled entities Pogan Invest Corporation, Universal Growth
Capital Fund Ltd. and Henings Holdings Ltd. Further 8.27% (1,751,951
voting rights) are attributed pursuant to Section 22 para. 2 WpHG
which are held directly by Sputnik Group Ltd.
6. On 4 April 2008 the percentage of voting rights held by Seculia
International Ltd., Road Town, Tortola/British Virgin Islands, in
Thielert AG, Hamburg/Germany, pursuant to Section 21 para. 1 WpHG
exceeded the thresholds of 10% and 15% and amounts to 16.34%
(3,463,843 voting rights) as of this date.
Thereof, 8.08% (1,711,892 voting rights) are attributed pursuant to
Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG which are held through its
controlled entities Pogan Invest Corporation, Universal Growth
Capital Fund Ltd. and Henings Holdings Ltd. Further 8.27% (1,751,951
voting rights) are attributed pursuant to Section 22 para. 2 WpHG
which are held directly by Sputnik Group Ltd.
7. On 4 April 2008 the percentage of voting rights held by Quadrangle
Trust Company (BVI) Ltd., Road Town, Tortola/British Virgin Islands,
in Thielert AG, Hamburg/Germany, pursuant to Section 21 para. 1 WpHG
exceeded the thresholds of 10% and 15% and amounts to 16.34%
(3,463,843 voting rights) as of this date.
Thereof, 8.08% (1,711,892 voting rights) are attributed pursuant to
Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG which are held through its
controlled entities Pogan Invest Corporation, Universal Growth
Capital Fund Ltd, Henings Holdings Ltd. and Seculia International
Ltd. Further 8.27% (1,751,951 voting rights) are attributed pursuant
to Section 22 para. 2 WpHG which are held directly by Sputnik Group
Ltd.
8. On 4 April 2008 the percentage of voting rights held by Mrs. Mary
Lou Ferrier/United Kingdom, in Thielert AG, Hamburg/Germany, pursuant
to Section 21 para. 1 WpHG exceeded the thresholds of 10% and 15% on
4 April 2008 and amounts to 16.34% (3,463,843 voting rights) as of
this date.
Thereof, 8.08% (1,711,892 voting rights) are attributed pursuant to
Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG which are held through its
controlled entities Pogan Invest Corporation, Universal Growth
Capital Fund Ltd, Henings Holdings Ltd. and Seculia International
Ltd. Further 8.27% (1,751,951 voting rights) are attributed pursuant
to Section 22 para. 2 WpHG which are held directly by Sputnik Group
Ltd.
