Bad Soden, April 11th, 2008: Triplan´s (ISIN: DE 0007499303)
supervisory board chairman, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Joachim W. Hohmann,
communicates his resignation as a chairman of the supervisory board
and also as a member of the supervisory board, due to private
reasons, to the executive board today. With the ending of Triplan´s
annual general meeting on June 5th, 2008, Hohmann will no longer be
member of Triplan´s supervisory board.
The executive board thanks Joachim Hohmann for his long-time and
faithful cooperation including the successfull realignment of the
company and is pleased, that Hohmann is still involved in the
long-run as a consultant.
