date, FMR LLC held 1.90% of the voting rights in MPC Muenchmeyer
Petersen Capital AG, arising from 201,361 voting rights.

All voting rights in MPC Muenchmeyer Petersen Capital AG were
attributed to FMR LLC pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in
connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

On 08. April 2008 the voting rights held by Fidelity Management &
Research Company, Boston, USA fell below the threshold of 3% of the
