Notification pursuant to sec. 26 para. 1 Securities Trading Act
(WpHG)

1. JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc., New York, USA informed us
pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 10th of March 2008
the voting rights of JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc. in Demag
Cranes AG, Düsseldorf, Germany has fallen below the threshold of 3
percent and amounted to 2.73 percent (577,850 shares) in relation to
all shares of the respective voting shares.

All voting rights are attributable to JPMorgan Asset Management
Holdings Inc. in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in
conjunction with sentence 2 of the WpHG.

2. JPMorgan Chase & Co., New York, USA informed us pursuant to sec.
21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 10th of March 2008 the voting rights
of JPMorgan-Chase & Co. in Demag Cranes AG, Düsseldorf, Germany has
fallen below the threshold of 3 percent and amounted to 2.80 percent
(591,833 shares) in relation to all shares of the respective voting
shares.

The attribution of the voting rights to JPMorgan Chase & Co.
according to§ 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sentence
2 of the WpHG is concerning 2.73% corresponding 577,850 of voting
rights. Furthermore, the attribution of the voting rights to JPMorgan
Chase & Co. according to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 is concerning
0.07% corresponding to 13,983 of the voting rights.
