the following:
On 11th March 2008 the voting rights held by FMR LLC crossed
below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in CompuGROUP Holding
AG, Maria Trost 25, 56070 Koblenz, Germany. On that date, FMR LLC
held 2.96% of the voting rights in CompuGROUP Holding AG, arising
from 1,576,422 voting rights.
All voting rights in CompuGROUP Holding AG were attributed to FMR
