SYNAXON AG announces figures for the business year 2007
The consolidated net profit for the SYNAXON AG amounted to EUR 2,282 thousand (previous year: EUR 1,565 thousand) in the business year 2007. This corresponds to earnings per share of 0.65 EUR (previous year: 0.44 EUR). Sales revenues of the group reached EUR 16,553 thousand (previous year: EUR 20,936 thousand) and result from operations amounted to EUR 3,336 thousand (previous year EUR 2,371 thousand). The main reasons for the increase of operating result are an improved cost structure within the group and the discontinuation of costs, refering to the closure of the Austrian pilot store DIGITAL INC. previous year.
A proposal regarding the distribution of a dividend for the business year 2007 will be discussed in the accounts review meeting on 20 March 2008.
The full financial statements for 2007 will be published on 28 March 2008. The annual results press conference will be held on the same day.
