United Kingdom fell below the 5 % disclosure treshold and holds 3,73
% of the voting rights (4,679,374 shares) in the company Fortune
Management Inc, P.O.Box 324, CH-6301 Zug, WKN AOBLYY.
These voting rights are attributable to us in accordance with sec. 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.
The voting rights are held through two funds of which the Cycladic
Catalyst Master Fund holds more than 3 % on the above date crossing
the disclosure treshold.
