Zürich (euro adhoc) - Due to the listing of Tunc Holding AG in the
open market of Deutsche Börse Frankfurt/Main, the concern publishes
the year 2006 financial figures of the subsidiaries. In 2006 the
seven subsidiaries gained a total revenue of 94,713,404 EUR and a
total EBIT of 17,710,777 EUR. The 2006 figures which were balanced
and audited according to the accounting system and laws of the
respective countries were consolidated summarily. Tunc Holding AG was
founded in November 2007 and will hence publish the consolidated
balance sheet according to Swiss GAAP FER for the business year 2007
during the 2nd quater of 2008. Regarding the figures up to now, again
an increase of the total revenue of the seven subsidiaries can be
expected for the past business year. From today on the figures can be

Tunc Holding AG was founded in November 2007 and provides engineering
and support services in the area of telecommunications systems
through its seven subsidiaries. The Tunc Holding subsidiaries are
active in eleven countries in Asia Minor, Western and Central Asia as
well as in Eastern Europe. Tunc Telekomünikasyon A.S. as operational
nerve centre of the group is located in Ankara, Turkey. The Turkish
subsidiary operates as highly qualified provider in the GSM sector
since 1992. The services include a broad range from site survey and
infrastructure to the erection and maintenance of telecommunications
systems. Since 1996 the activities have been continuously expanded to
include the area of electricity distribution systems with associated
services, renewable energy and internet technology.
