Paris (euro adhoc) - Motion Network Holding (MNH) reaches out to the
Middle East. It found a partner to-be in the media company 360. This
new partnership will be finalized on Thursday 13 March 2008.

MNH is working on a new business model with 360 to adapt to the
peculiar Israel TV market. 360 is now in talks with cable and digital
operator to build a profitable model despite the Israel very
restrictive laws regarding commercials on TV. As all Israeli cable
and digital TV channels, Motion Network TV (MNTV) Israel will be a
pay TV.

Israel is one of the few countries in the world to design, build,
launch and operate its own satellites. Some 70% of households
subscribe to cable television, which provides scores of channels,
offering a mix of local and foreign programming, much of it catering
to select audiences. Thus the Israeli audience is used to theme
channels and very open to this kind of TV channel especially as it
remains a unique concept in the Israeli audiovisual landscape. Most
Israeli channels are focusing on a particular language widely spoken
in Israel while MNTV will provide subtitling for all these languages.

360 reaches the whole scope of media entertainment - it owns cable TV
channels and websites, but also produces content for them. 360
embodies in Israel the same global vision as Motion Network Holding.

360 is managed by Haim Sharir, a prominent figure in the TV industry
for the last 25 years and Deddi Zucker- former parliament member
1986-2000. Haim Sharir is the former Vice President of channel 2 (the
dominant channel in Israel) for content; has produced some of the
most popular series in TV since 2000 ; has produced movies since 1980
such as Point of View with John Savage. Since 2004, it has
established a partnership with Arad Communication, the second largest
PR company in Israel.

The partnership will combine Motion Network Holding European vision
and network with a deeply rooted experience and coverage in all
aspect of the domestic media and entertainment industry from 360.
