Notification pursuant to sec. 26 para. 1 WpHG
1. JPMorgan Asset Management Holding Inc., New York, USA informed us
pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 21st of February 2008
the voting rights of JPMorgan Asset Management Holding Inc. in Demag
Cranes AG, Düsseldorf, Germany exceeded the threshold of 3 percent
and amounted to 3.06 percent (647,280 voting rights) in relation to
all shares of the respective voting shares on this day.
All voting rights are attributable to JPMorgan Asset Management
Holding Inc. in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in
conjunction with sentence 2 of the WpHG.
2. JPMorgan Chase & Co. New York, USA, informed us pursuant to sec.
21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 21st of February 2008 the voting
rights of JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Demag Cranes AG, Düsseldorf,
Germany exceeded the threshold of 3 percent and amounted to 3.06
percent (647,366 voting rights) in relation to all shares of the
respective voting shares on this day.
The attribution of the voting rights to JPMorgan Chase & Co.
according to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with
sentence 2 of the WpHG is concerning 3.0571% corresponding 647,280 of
voting rights. Furthermore, the attribution of the voting rights to
JPMorgan Chase & Co. according to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 is
concerning 0.0004% corresponding to 86 of the voting rights.
