make the following notifications regarding the holding of
voting rights held in CompuGROUP Holding AG according to §§ 21,
22 WpHG in our name as well as for the following companies:

. Federated Kaufmann Fund Federated Investors Fund, Pittsburgh, PA,
USA

. Federated Equity Management Company of Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh,
PA, USA

. F II Holdings Inc, Pittsburgh, PA, USA

We, Federated Investors Inc., are the parent company of F II
Holdings lnc., which in turn is the parent company of Federated
Equity Management Company of

Pennsylvania. Federated Equity Management Company of Pennsylvania, an
investment advisor registered In the United States under the Investment Company
Act of 1940, acts as Investment Adviser to the Federated Kaufmann Fund, a
Massachusetts Business Trusts and an Investment Companies, as that term is
defined under the Investment Company Act 1940.

1. Notification of voting rights in the name and on behalf of the Federated
Kaufmann Fund pursuant to § 21 para. 1 WpHG:

On 31 July 2007 the Federated Kaufmann Fund exceeded the 3 per cent
and held at this date 3.20 per cent of the voting rights (i,e.
1,704,800 shares with voting rights), and on 17 December 2007 the 5
per cent threshold of § 21 para. 1 WpHG and held at this date 5.14
per cent of the voting rights (i,e. 2,736,168 shares with voting
rights) in CompuGROUP AG.

2. Notification of voting rights in the name and on behalf of
Federated Equity Management Company of Pennsylvania pursuant to § 21
para. 1 in connection with § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG:

On 9 May 2007 Federated Equity Management Company of Pennsylvania
exceeded the 3 per cent and held at this date 3.07 per cent of
the voting rights (i.e. 1,635,500 shares with voting rights), and
on 20 November 2007 the 5 per cent threshold of § 21 para. 1 WpHG
and held at this date 5.51 per cent of the voting rights (i.e.
2,944,467 shares with voting rights) in CompuGROUP AG. 5.51 per cent
of the voting rights (i.e. 2,944,467 shares with voting rights)
are attributed to Federated Equity Management Company of Pennsylvania
pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG. Voting rights are
attributed to Federated Equity Management Company of Pennsylvania
by Federated Kaufmann Fund which holds directly 5 per cent or
more of voting rights.

3. Notification of voting rights in the name and on behalf of F
II Holdings Inc. pursuant to § 21 para. 1 in connection with § 22
para, 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sent. 2 WpHG:

On 8 May 2007 F II Holdings Inc. exceeded the 3 per cent threshold
and held at this date 3.11 per cent of the voting rights (i.e.
1,656,200 shares with voting rights), and on 6 November 2007 the 5
per cent threshold of § 21 para. 1 WpHG and held at this date 5.19
per cent of the voting rights (i.e. 2,760,800 shares with voting
rights) in CompuGROUP AG. 5.19 per cent of the voting rights (i.e.
2,760,800 shares with voting rights) are attributed to F II
Holdings Inc. pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 no. 6 In
conjunction with sent. 2 WpHG. Voting rights are attributed to F II
Holdings Inc. by Federated Kaufmann Fund which holds directly 5
per cent or more of voting rights.

4. Notification of voting rights in our own name pursuant to § 21
para. 1 in connection with § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in
conjunction with sent. 2 WpHG:

On 8 May 2007 we exceeded the 3 per cent threshold and held at this
date 3.11 per Cent of the voting rights (i.e. 1,656,200 shares with
voting rights), and on 6 November 2007 the 5 per cent threshold of
§ 21 para. 1 WpHG and held at this date 5.19 per cent of the
voting rights (i.e. 2,760,800 shares with voting rights) in
CompuGROUP AG. 5.19 per cent of the voting rights (i.e. 2,760,800
shares with voting rights) are attributed to us pursuant to § 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sent. 2 WpHG.
Voting rights are attributed to us by Federated Kaufmann Fund which
holds directly 5 per cent or more of voting rights.
