London (euro adhoc) - Motion Network Holding Plc ("MNH") Frankfurt
listed, symbol HORA: keeps moving its policy to implement local
partnerships in Europe forward. Each country platform will be in
charge of domestic advertising sales, local content production and
e-commerce solutions. Last week, MNH concluded a deal with Spectrum
Optim Moscow for the exploitation of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and
Georgia. Today, MNH carries on concluding a deal with Komuna for the
exploitation of Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Bosnia, Croatia,
Macedonia, Albania and Romania. Maksa Catovic (prominent Serbian
producer) will run the business all over the Balkans.

MNH remains the majority shareholder with a 55% shareholding in the
new partnership entity and will supply 90% of subtitled programs in
the Balkans, common programmes for global Europe.

Komuna will make the most of this peculiar and diverse region. Maksa
Catovic, CEO of Komuna is an experienced movie producer - he produced
such international box office as Underground and Black cat, white cat
by Emir Kusturica. Komuna is also considered to be the leading
Yugoslav independent TV program producer and has produced a wide
range of TV programs - music programs, documentary on music and TV
series. Maksa Catovic created integrated media company - movie, TV,
music, publishing - thus Komuna is the ideal partner for MNTV in the
Balkans.

Today MNH is in advanced talks with major partners in all Europe, the
aim is to have partners with the same profile as Komuna, integrated
companies with vertical businesses and distribution or sales network
