the threshold of 5% of the voting rights in MPC Muenchmeyer Petersen

Fidelity Management & Research Company held 5.18% of the voting

voting rights.

Palmaille 67, 22767 Hamburg, Germany. On that date, Fidelity
Commonwealth Trust held 3.15 % of the voting rights in MPC
Muenchmeyer Petersen Capital AG arising from 333,757 voting rights.
