We have received on 13 February 2008 the following announcement from
Drake Associates L.P., a Deleware Limited Partnership, Glen Head, New
York/USA, pursuant sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG:
On 23 November 2007, the percentage of voting rights held by Drake
Associates L.P., a Deleware Limited Partnership, Glen Head, New
York/USA, in Thielert AG pursuant to § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG increased above
the threshold of 3.00% and amounted to 3.45% (730,431 voting rights).
Pursuant to sec 22 Para. 2 of the WpHG, 3,40% (720,431 voting rights)
of the voting rights of Thielert AG held by Butterfield Trust
(Bermuda) Limited are attributed to Drake Associates, L.P., a
Deleware Limited Partnership, Glen Head, New York/USA.
In addition we have received the following announcement from Drake
Asset Management LLC, Glen Head, New York/USA, pursuant § 21 para. 1
WpHG:
On 23 November 2007, the percentage of voting rights held by Drake
Asset Management LLC, Glen Head, New York/USA, in Thielert AG
pursuant to § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG increased above the threshold of 3.00%
and amounted to 3.45% (730,431 voting rights).
Pursuant to sec. 22 Para. 1 sent. 1. No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.05% (10,000
voting rights) of the voting rights of Thielert AG held by Drake
Associates, L.P. are attributed to Drake Asset Management LLC.
Pursuant to sec 22 Para. 2 of the WpHG, 3.40% (720,431 voting rights)
of the voting rights of Thielert AG held by Butterfield Trust
(Bermuda) Limited are attributed to Drake Asset Management LLC, Glen
Head, New York/USA.
