company held 3,05% in relation to all voting rights in freenet AG (votings
rights arising from 2.928.340 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)).

to section 21 para 1 of the WpHG, that on December 17, 2007 their voting rights
in freenet AG exceeded the threshold of 3%. On that date, this company held
