Correction of our Notification pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG
dated 17th April 2007, published on 19th April 2007
New Star Asset Management Limited, London, United Kingdom have
informed us that pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 15
March 2007 their voting interest in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn,
Germany exceeded the threshold of 5 % and amounts to 5,40 % (893.941
voting rights) on this date.
5,40 % of the voting rights (893.941 voting rights) are attributable
to us in accordance with sec. 22 para.1 sent 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.
Notification pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG
New Star Asset Management Limited, London, United Kingdom have
informed us that pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 23
November 2007 their voting interest in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn,
Germany went below the threshold of 5 % and amounts to 4,96 %
(1,641,986 voting rights) on this date.
4,96 % of the voting rights (1.641.986 voting rights) are
attributable to us in accordance with sec. 22 para.1 sent 1 no. 6 of
the WpHG.
