Correction of the announcement pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG dated
4 December 2007
In accordance with sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG we have received on 14
December 2007 the following correction of the announcements from
Pogan Invest Corp., a British Virgin Island company, Road
Town/British Virgin Islands:
On 29 November 2007 the percentage of voting rights held by Pogan
Invest Corp. in Thielert AG pursuant to § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG exceeded the
threshold of 3% and as of that date amounted to 4.94% (1,046,021
voting rights). Pursuant to § 22 Abs. 2 WpHG, 2.51% (532,529 voting
rights) of the votings rights of Thielert AG are attributed to Pogan
Invest Corp.
In addition we have received on 14 December 2007 the following
correction of announcements from Sputnik Group Ltd., a Bahamas
company, Nassau/The Bahamas:
On 29 November 2007 the percentage of voting rights held by Sputnik
Group Ltd., Nassau/The Bahamas in Thielert AG pursuant to § 21 Abs. 1
WpHG increased above the threshold of 3% and as that date amounted to
4.94% (1,046,021 voting rights). Pursuant to § 22 Abs. 2 WpHG, 2.42%
(513,492 voting rights) of the votings rights of Thielert AG are
attributed to Sputnik Group Ltd., Nassau/The Bahamas
