In a letter dated 6 December 2007 UBS AG, Zurich, Switzerland, has
informed us pursuant to § 21 (1) of the Securities Trading Act
(Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - WpHG) that its share in voting rights of
our company fell below the threshold of 3.00% on 3 December 2007 and
amounts, as of such date, to 2.61% (279,900 shares with voting
rights). Pursuant to Art. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG, 0.25% of
the voting rights (26,363 shares with voting rights) are to be
assigned to UBS AG.
