Johann Linz, after ten years on the Board of Management of AvW Invest
AG, is resigning per 31 December 2007 at his own request and on
entirely amicable terms. Linz, a native of Styria, wishes to devote
more time in future to his own activities in the hotel and catering
sector. He will remain in close contact with AvW through
HLF-Finanzberatung. The Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Rudolf
Rheindt, expressly thanked Linz for his "many years of outstanding
work on the Board of Management of AvW Invest AG".
