shareholdings to us as follows:

- Through their jointly managed funds (Richelieu Europe, Richelieu
Evolution), Richelieu Finance Gestion Privée, Société Anonyme, 6 av.
Franklin Roosevelt, 75008 Paris, France, hold a total of 134,000
registered shares of Valora Holding AG, representing 4.06% of total
shares outstanding. Richelieu Finance´s aggregate holdings in Valora
Holding AG shares thus represent 4.06% of all outstanding shares. The
contact person responsible for reporting this holding is Emilie
Degorce, Richelieu Finance Gestion Privée, Paris.

- Through their funds LODH Swiss Cap (ex-SMI), LODH Opportunity Swiss
Small and Mid Caps and IF IST2 - Actions Suisses Valeurs
Complémentaires (which hold 99,892 shares (or 3.02% of all
outstanding shares), 2,186 (0.07%) and 30,014 (0.91%), respectively),
Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch Fund Managers SA (LODHFM), Rue de
l´Arquebuse 22, 1204 Geneva, hold an aggregate of 132,092 registered
shares, representing 4.0028% of the total outstanding share capital.
LODHFM´s aggregate holdings in Valora Holding AG registered shares
thus represent 4.0028% of all outstanding shares. The contact person
