Aschheim/Munich, December 5, 2007 - The chairman of the supervisory board of ESCADA AG, Mr. Hans-Jörg Rudloff, has informed us yesterday evening that he resigns from his position as member of the supervisory board of ESCADA AG for personal reasons. Mr. Rudloff and the management board agreed on the resignation with immediate effect. The management board wishes to thank Mr. Rudloff for his high dedication and the successful cooperation. The supervisory board of ESCADA AG will take the necessary decisions in its regular meeting next week.
