Ad hoc announcement in accordance with §15 WpHG

Designated Sponsor

Today Hans Einhell AG has engaged the Süddeutsche Aktienbank AG as
designated sponsor. Hans Einhell AG has, with this appointment, taken
a clear step towards consolidating its presence on the capital
market. The Süddeutsche Aktienbank AG will, in the future, guarantee
optimal liquidity and thereby the tradeability of Hans Einhell AG
preferred shares. It will enter into this activity for Hans Einhell
AG from 10 December, 2007.

In addition the Süddeutsche Aktienbank AG will support the company
with its network on the capital market, in particular through further
investor contacts.

Prime Standard

Hans Einhell AG has also made an application for admittance to that
segment of the regulated market with additional admission
requirements (Prime Standard). The change from the regulated market
to the segment of the market with further follow-up admission
obligations will probably be on 2 January, 2008. This segment change
is, for Hans Einhell AG, a logical step in the development of the
company. With the change to Prime Standard and the associated
stricter publicity and transparency regulations, Hans Einhell AG
wants to open up to a wider circle of investors, in particular
international investors, and also arouse corresponding interest on
the capital market.

Planning 2008

The Hans Einhell AG supervisory board agreed to the planning put
forward by the board of directors for the business year 2008 at its
meeting on 4 December, 2007. In the business year 2008 the Einhell
Group wants to achieve a turnover of E400 - 420 million and a pre-tax
profit margin of about 6%.

Personnel

Hans Einhell AG hereby announces that Mr York Boeder Dipl. Ing. will
become a member of the Board from 1 January, 2008. Mr Boeder thus
assumes responsibility, at board management level, for international
orientation. Mr Boeder has been employed by Hans Einhell AG since 1
September, 2006. Initially he was responsible for the Einhell sales
subsidiaries, and later he became head of International Sales. With
the appointment of Mr Boeder to the Board the Einhell Group will
continue to drive forward the strong international orientation of the
Group.
