Stuttgart, December 4, 2007 - Heiler Software AG, one of the leading
providers of electronic product information solutions and catalog
management systems, increased Group revenues in fiscal year 2006/07
(10/01/2006 - 09/30/2007) from 8.70 million Euro to 10.23 million
Euro (+18%). The double-digit growth results from a strong increase
of revenues in the fourth quarter from 1.93 million Euro to 3.10
million Euro (+60%). The growth stems mainly from license revenues
which with 0.94 million Euro quadrupled in the fourth quarter 2006/07
when compared to the prior year and therefore reached a new record
value. Altogether, license revenues for fiscal year 2006/07 increased
from 1.76 million Euro to 3.02 million Euro (+72%). Consulting
revenues for the fourth quarter 2006/07 also showed a strong increase
from 1.02 million Euro to 1.43 million Euro (+40%). With 4.49 million
Euro, consulting revenues for fiscal year 2006/07 stayed with 6%
slightly behind the good value of the prior year of 4.79 million
Euro. Maintenance revenues for fiscal year 2006/07 increased from
1.11 million Euro to 1.64 million Euro (+48%) and hosting and
so-called Application Service Providing (ASP)-revenues increased from
0.74 million Euro to 0.88 million Euro (+19%).

The growth in revenues led to a further improvement of margins and to
the best Company´s results since the initial public offering in the
year 2000. Earnings before interest and income taxes (EBIT) improved
from -0.30 million Euro to -0.17 million Euro and earnings before
income taxes improved from 0.13 million Euro to 0.52 million Euro.
Net income increased from 0.48 million Euro to 0.78 million Euro.
Accordingly, earnings per share increased from 0.04 Euro to 0.07
Euro.

With liquid funds at fiscal year end amounting to 14.44 million Euro
(prior year 15.45 million Euro) and shareholders´ equity amounting to
19.26 million Euro or an equity ratio of 87% (prior year 18.63
million Euro and 88%, respectively) Heiler Software still maintains a
very solid financial position.

For the current fiscal year 2007/08, Management expects a
double-digit growth - which is clearly above the software industry´s
expected growth - and an over proportional increase in profits. For
the medium-term future, Management plans an operating margin, being
the ratio of EBIT to revenues, of 20%.
