Cyrte Investments GP I B.V., Naarden, The Netherlands, informed us
pursuant to sec. 21 (1) WpHG that on November 28, 2007, the stake of
Cyrte Investments GP I B.V. in the voting rights in Versatel AG,
Berlin, exceeded the threshold of 20%. On that date, Cyrte
Investments GP I B.V. held 20,47% in relation to all voting rights
in Versatel AG (voting rights arising from 9.004.696 ordinary
shares (Stammaktien); Versatel AG has issued ordinary shares only).
2. Cyrte Investments B.V.
Cyrte Investments B.V., Naarden, The Netherlands, informed us
pursuant to sec. 21 (1) WpHG that on November 28, 2007, the stake
of Cyrte Investments B.V. in the voting rights in Versatel AG,
Berlin, exceeded the threshold of 20%. On that date, Cyrte
Investments B.V. held 20,47% in relation to all voting rights in
Versatel AG (voting rights arising from 9.004.696 ordinary
shares (Stammaktien)).
All such voting rights are attributed to Cyrte Investments B.V.
via Cyrte Investments GP I B.V. pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1
no. 1 and no. 6 WpHG.
The controlled undertaking through which the voting rights are held
is Cyrte Investments GP I B.V.
3. Delta Lloyd N.V.
Delta Lloyd N.V., Amsterdam, The Netherlands, informed us pursuant
to sec. 21 (1) WpHG that on November 28, 2007, the stake of Delta
Lloyd N.V. in the voting rights in Versatel AG, Berlin, exceeded the
threshold of 20%. On that date, Delta Lloyd N.V. held 20,47% in
relation to all voting rights in Versatel AG (voting rights
arising from 9.004.696 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)).
All such voting rights are attributed to Delta Lloyd N.V. via Cyrte
Investments GP I B.V. pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 1, no.
6 and sent. 2 and 3 WpHG.
The chain of controlled undertakings through which the voting rights
are held is: Cyrte Investments B.V. and Cyrte Investments GP I B.V.
4. CGU International Holdings B.V.
CGU International Holdings B.V., London, United Kingdom, informed
us pursuant to sec. 21 (1) WpHG that on November 28, 2007, the stake
of CGU International Holdings B.V. in the voting rights in
Versatel AG, Berlin, exceeded the threshold of 20%. On that date,
CGU International Holdings B.V. held 20,47% in relation to all
voting rights in Versatel AG (voting rights arising from
9.004.696 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)).
All such voting rights are attributed to CGU International Holdings
B.V. via Cyrte Investments GP I B.V. pursuant to section 22 (1)

Aviva International Holdings Limited, London, United Kingdom,
informed us pursuant to sec. 21 (1) WpHG that on November 28, 2007,
the stake of, Aviva International Holdings Limited in the voting
rights in Versatel AG, Berlin, exceeded the threshold of 20%.
On that date, Aviva International Holdings Limited held 20,47%
in relation to all voting rights in Versatel AG (voting rights
arising from 9.004.696 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)).
