Netherlands, 100% subsidiary of Bajaj Auto Limited seated in Akurdi,
Pune 411035, Maharastra, India, has acquired shares of KTM Power
Sports AG representing 14.5% of the voting rights.
Consequently, Bajaj Auto International Holdings B.V. holds voting
rights and a share in the capital stock of KTM Power Sports AG of
more than 10%.
