Dresdner Bank and CompuGROUP agree cooperation

Frankfurt/Koblenz - 30th October 2007: Dresdner Bank and CompuGROUP
Holding AG, a leading European supplier of E-health solutions, have
entered into a cooperation: within the framework of its target group
orientation towards doctors, Dresdner Bank will be utilising the doctor
information systems of the German market leader in this segment as a
communication platform.

Almost 50 percent of private-practice doctors in Germany use a system
developed by the eHealth supplier CompuGROUP, whose collaboration with
Dresdner Bank enables health professionals to benefit from valuable
information concerning aspects of finance for example the financing the
practice, whilst also providing them with comprehensive information about
financial services offered by Dresdner Bank which are specifically
tailored to the medical practitioner target group. In the future Dresdner
Bank and CompuGROUP will develop finance services together.

"Financial practices are playing an ever increasing role in doctors' daily
work, which consequently leads to an increased requirement for competent
financial information. As a firm partner by the doctors' and dentist´s
side, we benefit greatly from our knowledge of how to provide this
information without compromising the health professional in his or her

adds Luca Marighetti, head of target group management at Dresdner Bank in
Frankfurt.
