Medical device manufacturer WORLD OF MEDICINE has achieved a revenue growth of 16.4% to EUR25.1 million in the first nine month of the current business year - despite the adverse Euro/US dollar exchange rate. Revenues have increased by 37.0% in the third quarter. Orders booked by the end of September 2007 exceeded last year`s September figure by EUR3.1 million. Based on these figures and as well as a year end projection, the Management Board expects to surpass the revenue goal for fiscal year 2007. The Board now anticipates a growth of revenues of at least 10.0% (before: 4-5%) to more than EUR34.0 million.
The sales yield before taxes reached 15.6% after the first nine month. Therefore, the Management Board raises the forecast for fiscal year 2007 from originally 10.0% to 13.0%.
